What happens if I change domain or hosting provider?

If you change your domain or hosting provider, you will need to transfer your WpBusinessCard license to make it work on the new site. Here’s how to proceed:

  1. Deactivate the License: Before making any changes, deactivate the license on the old domain using the WordPress dashboard. This will free up the license for use on the new site.
  2. Reactivate on the New Domain: Install WpBusinessCard on the new site, and reactivate the license by entering your license key in the WordPress dashboard.

What happens when my license expires?

When your license expires, you lose access to plugin updates and technical support. To continue receiving these services, please renew your license.

What kind of support do you offer?

Our support services are available via email through the form in the 'Contact support' tab of your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept credit card payments through our partner Stripe.

What personal data does WpBusinessCard collect and store?

WpBusinessCard does not directly collect or store users' personal data. All information entered by the user, such as business card details (name, position, contact information, etc.), is stored only on the user's WordPress site. The plugin communicates only with WpBusinessCard for license verification, transmitting the license number and the associated domain name. Apart from this information, no personal data is shared with third parties or with WpBusinessCard servers.

Why do I get a 404 error on my card?

To avoid a 404 error, make sure you use a permalink setting other than 'simple' and regenerate the permalinks if needed.
